Ian LaChance, an associate register at Hudson Valley and a well-known actor on the local theater circuit, is one of four principal characters in the current Creative License production of “From White Plains.” The 2012 play by Michael Perlman opens Friday, Nov. 9 at the Albany Barn, Inc.
